Welcome to this mini-series, All About AI, where we will walk through some short and snappy summaries of the key things you need to know about artificial intelligence as a small business owner.

AI has been part of my professional life for a long time, because search engines have used machine learning and artificial intelligence extensively in their algorithms for a number of years. Over the past few years, and more intensively this year, I’ve been exploring and researching different topics including things like -
